This page explains what DigitalTiger collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, budget range, timescale and message, together with basic campaign attribution data (referrer and any UTM parameters).
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell personal data.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to a request you have made — and, where you tick the consent box, on the basis of your consent. Where we go on to work together, we process your data to perform our contract with you.
Who we share it with
DigitalTiger is a sole trader; your enquiry is read only by the owner. We use Resend to deliver enquiry emails and our website hosting provider to serve this site. Both act as processors on our instructions and neither uses your data for their own purposes. We never sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Where we go on to work together, we keep records for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, and ask for your data in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
